Return Policy Information

SmartRoofProducts will accept returns based on a case by case basis.

Return of products purchased through SmartRoofProducts.com must start the return process within 90 days of original purchase.

Customers must contact SmartRoofProducts at 610-622-4455 or returns@smartroofproducts.com prior to returning any item(s) purchased.

Things to note about returning an item:

• At minimum there will be 20 percent restocking fee.
• Return shipping is paid for by the customer.
• SmartRoofProducts reserves the right to refuse a return based on mishandling, damage or any reason that may warrant refusal deemed by the return department of SmartRoofProducts.
• The shipping label should read:
